Warrington Guest House is set in the centre of the popular village of Thornton Le Dale and operates a tearoom on the ground floor with four guest rooms over the first and second floors. Formerly a Coaching Inn dating back over 200 years Jane and Jonathan are keen to accommodate any guest who wishes to stay. However because of the layout, age and structure of the building it is possible people with limited mobility may not be accommodated due to the guest rooms only being accessed via a flight of stairs. A small step is found upon the entrance to the tearoom but is accessible with a wheelchair.

The entrance doors to the building allow access to all regular sized wheelchairs. Motorised scooters cannot access the building.
